First let me say that Ms. Rose is a sweetheart! She knows her stuff and she never once talked bad about the existing terrible system I had at the house. Except how small the tank was for my house and the installation was trash! (Thanks a lot Life Source Water for the terrible system and poor installation… stay far away from that company!!!!). But Ms. Rose told me all about her system and I was sold! The system was installed by Lalo and Amber which did a great job! The installation was perfect and they even took my old trash water system away. Since I got a Natural Spring water system my water flow in my house is back to normal and my skin feels better! So happy I made the switch!

I wish I could give 6 stars! We just moved here to Texas and had never experienced “hard water” before. We found out that we needed a whole house set up and were overwhelmed (to say the least) with learning all about water filtration and softening. We had a couple bids done and found ourselves more confused and overwhelmed than we cared to be and were reaching our wits end. We were talking to our neighbor about the situation (they had also recently relocated here) and luckily he referred us to Natural Springs Water Filtration where we met the friendliest, knowledgeable, and experienced Rose. She tested our water thoroughly, determined our needs based on home size, occupant’s, and water flow. Then, she meticulously explained how the system would help us and all of our options. By the end of the conversation it was a “no brainer” decision as we had everything thoroughly explained to us and really understood what we were buying. Rose had our install set up in no time and we are now enjoying wonderful clean, safe, and soft water! Thank you Rose!!! I would recommend anyone even considering a filtration system to contact Rose at Natural Springs…you won’t be sorry. Fair, honest, caring, and knowledgeable - what more could we ask?
